Like other games in the Souls series, Demon’s Souls is a game that can be intimidating to newcomers. Depending on the way you build your character, though, you can make life much easier (or harder) for yourself. Thankfully, there are some skills you can equip that will benefit any build. Here’s how to get the Heal Miracle in Demon’s Souls.
How to Get Heal Miracle in Demon’s Souls
There are two kinds of magic available in Demon’s Souls: Sorcerery, which is more offensive, and Miracles, which are more defensive in nature.
Heal is a basic Miracle that will restore your HP, which in a game that lacks the Estus healing system of later games in the Souls series, is a great way to extend your life expectancy beyond the various consumable you find.
Obtaining this Miracle is, blessedly, quite simple, and in fact several classes begin the game with it (Temple Knight and Priest). It can be purchased from Disciple of God, who will take up residence near the other lost souls in the Nexus. The only catch is that you have to have beaten Phalanx, the game’s first boss, for him to appear.
It should be noted that Heal can also be purchased from Saint Urbain, who upon being freed, will take the place of Disciple of God in the Nexus.
Heal costs 5000 souls to purchase, requires one Miracle Slot to equip, and uses up 30 MP to cast. It will heal an amount of HP commensurate to how high your Faith stat is, and is a useful way to top your health up even into the late game.
The great thing about is it that it is a perfect compliment to any build. Even if you are playing a tanky Strength-based kind of character or a Magic build, you are going to need to heal at some point, and the investment is minimal in the grand scheme of things.
That’s it everything you need to know to get the Heal Miracle in Demon’s Souls. For the latest Demon’s Souls news and other helpful guides, we’ve got you covered right here.
