Going Into First-Person Mode in Final Fantasy XV

With the release of Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition and Windows Edition, Square Enix has added in a first-person view mode for added immersion in your gameplay experience. In addition to that, there’s also a brand new dungeon for you to explore, the ability to control the Royal Vessel boat, and watch a new cutscene in the game’s ending. If you haven’t played Final Fantasy XV yet, now’s a good time to dive in.

To go into first-person mode, all you have to do is press the L3 and R3 buttons on your controller. Once in this mode, you’ll be able to do all the things you were previously able to do in third-person view. Noctis can still jump, sprint, and dodge. You’ll also be able to fight enemies while in first-person, though that might make the game a little more challenging than usual.

When you want to play the game regularly again, just press the L3 and R3 buttons and you’ll be put back into third-person view.

That’s all you need to know about entering first-person view mode in Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition. For more information on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
