Changes have also been made to the lobby and menu sections of the game, making it a little more tricky to check challenges in the game. If you’re a little confused and lost in the menus, here’s everything you need to know about how to check challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2.

Once you’ve loaded up the game after downloading the patch and watching the exciting new intro video, you’ll be taken to the lobby menu, just as you usually would. This is where things change though.

How to Check Challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2

To check challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2,

  • First of all, cycle over to the Battle Pass tab (using R1 on PS4, RB on Xbox One).

  • In the middle of the screen, you’ll see the Challenge Table. You just need to press X if you’re on PS4, A if you’re on Xbox One, or click on it on PC to enter.

  • Here, you’ll be able to check challenges by location, and cycle through the categories using R1/RB, with ones you’re looking at being shown at the top of the screen.

  • You’ll see all the challenges on the left hand side of the screen. It will show you what you need to do, how many times you need to do something, how far you are in completing it, and the XP reward you get for it.

    • Just head to this part of the lobby menu every time you want to see your challenges and work out what you need to do next to get more XP and unlock more tiers of the battle pass.
