How to Get Monster Hardbone in Monster Hunter World

In Monster Hunter World everybody wants the best, high-tier weapons and armor. Like almost all other gear in the game, high-rank weapons and armor upgrades are crafted using the materials gathered from monsters, but this top tier gear also requires a rare crafting component called monster hardbone. As you approach Monster Hunter World’s end-game you’ll most likely be hunting for monster hardbone quite a bit and obtaining it is no easy task.

Monster hardbone is a Rarity 6 item that’s hard to find and even harder to obtain in the game. The only way to get this high-rank item is by defeating high-rank monsters. Uragaan in the Elder’s Recess and Black Diablos in the Wildspire Waste are just two examples, and we’ve included a full list of all monsters that can drop this particular type of bone below for your convenience. Be sure to scour your environments and look for any tracks, markings, or trails from the creatures so you can track them and get Monster Hardbone even faster in Monster Hunter World.
