Crouch – Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

As you make your way through Infinite Warfare’s single-player and multiplayer, you’re going to need to take cover from enemy fire. One incredibly easy way to do this is by crouching behind parts of the environment. It also is a means of increasing your aim stability. Here’s how to do exactly that.

In the default control mode, crouch is automatically assigned to the Circle button on PS4 or B button on the Xbox One, depending on which one you’re playing on. By pressing, this you will crouch in the game, bringing you lower to the ground. However, if you hold it down, your character will lie down and go prone. This can be particularly useful if you’re assuming the role of team sniper, as it increases your aim and hides you.

To stand back up to get around a little bit quicker, all you have to do is press the B button again. If you were lying prone, you’ll then assume the crouch position again. Press B again and you will stand up.

That’s all there is to crouching in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
