Lara Croft is back in the latest installment of the rebooted Tomb Raider series, Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Once again on the hunt for precious artifacts in exotic locations, fans of the iconic character and her adventures will be familiar with the excellent gameplay that’s always been a hallmark of the franchise, but this time the narrative tone is much darker. Having unwittingly put into motion a series of cataclysmic events, Lara seeks to undo her mistakes while freeing a cut off Peruvian tribe from the oppression of the dubious Order of the Trinity. Expect death-defying climbing, countless close calls, and empowering stealth action as Lara uncovers the mysteries of ancient South American crypts and tombs.
