How to Sleep in Death Stranding
The best thing to do is to go to any outpost or major distribution center and use the terminal there. You can then select to go to Sam’s private room, where sleeping is one of the things you can do there. After a while, Sam will be back to full health.
Alternatively, you can sleep out in the wild. When you’re somewhere safe and flat, you can hold circle to rest, then hold square to sleep.
After a short while, your stamina and blood levels will be refreshed.
