Where to Find Bigfoot: Red Dead Redemption 2

Strange and fascinating creatures lurk at every corner in the game if you’re willing to look for them. Here’s how you can find Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is packed with all sorts of interesting easter eggs, such as that strange UFO and even the KKK. Aliens aren’t the only thing you can stumble upon, as even Bigfoot is in the game.

Don’t expect him to be walking around the wilderness, however, since the creature isn’t actually alive. Instead, you can find its bones decomposing on the top of a mountain. If you want to see its remains for yourself, we’ll show you how to do it.

First off, you’ll want to travel to the West and head into the Big Valley on your map in Red Dead Redemption 2. From there, you want to head over to Mount Shann and travel a bit to the south of the mountain. Check out the map below if you’re a little lost at Mount Shann.

Once you’re at that exact location, you should be on top of some snowy cliffs overlooking the vast wilderness below.

Here’s an image of where you should be at before starting your Bigfoot hunt.

When you’ve arrived around that area, you’ll want to start heading northwest until you spot a hill heading upwards. Climb up that hill and head left, making a full u-turn around the cliff. You’ll see another hill heading downward, make your way down this path.

Right below that hill is a short plateau that’s covering the path. You should see a pile of bones beneath the jutting rocks, which are the remains of Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2. The Bigfoot skeleton is enormous, so it’s hard to miss.

If you examine it, Arthur will open up his notebook and sketch the skeleton. He’ll also scribble down a few notes down that reads, “Found a massive skeleton. Wonder how big the man was, or if he was a man at all.”

You can’t really do anything with the Bigfoot skeleton save for jotting it down on your notebook. Once Arthur’s done, you’re pretty much free to leave the area and keep exploring in Red Dead Redemption 2.

That’s pretty much everything you need to know about where to find Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2. For more tips and tricks, be sure to search through our expansive wiki for more guides.
