How to Gameshare on PS4

If you’ve got a couple of friends or family members who tend to buy a lot of PS4 games, you can actually gameshare with them. In doing so, you’ll be able to share your digital games with them and you can always share your physical copies of games with friends by just handing it to them, too. Here’s what you need to know to gameshare on PS4.

First, you’ll need to log into your friend or family member’s PS4 with your PSN account, and have them do the same on yours. When asked whether or not this is your primary PS4 system, you’ll both want to activate each other’s as your primary consoles. By doing this, you’ll both gameshare with one another. However, it’s worth noting that only one PS4 can be activated as the primary console for an account at any time.

Once you’ve done this, to gameshare, you then simply need to log into your friend or family member’s account on your system and go to the Library on your home screen. Here, you’ll find all of their downloaded digital games under the Purchased option. Simply select the games you want to gameshare from your friends and then hit the Download option.

When the games are downloaded, simply log back into your account on your system. As long as you’ve done everything correctly, you’ll now be able to play your friends’ games and vice versa.

That’s all you need to do to share with your friends, family members, or other players. For more on Sony’s current gen system, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
