Originally developed by DONTNOD Entertainment, the Life Is Strange series has since taken on a life of its own, spawning spin-off stories and sequels, and now a brand new adventure in the form of True Colors from Deck Nine. Each game features a different protagonist, all dealing with different problems and circumstances, and all with a slightly different outlook on life.
The series started off with the meek Max Caulfield, who was accompanied by the brash Chloe Price who served as a good foil to her character, and True Colors introduces us to Alex Chen, who struggles with her powers of empathy and ability to feel others’ emotions. All of the protagonists are generally do-gooders, but they approach similar situations slightly differently.
