If you’re looking to get every trophy and achievement on offer in Man of Medan, you’re going to need to calm down Junior. Problem is, he’s a bit of a loose cannon by the time you get to him, so you’ll need to get your choices perfect. Here’s how to calm down Junior in Man of Medan and get the ‘It’s All Gone Changing on Me’ trophy and achievement.
Calming Down Junior in Man of Medan
During the scene, aptly named ‘Junior,’ players will send Julia down to restart the generator with either Alex or Brad depending on the decisions they made just after the radio stopped working.
When they head down to restart the generator, they bump into Junior, one of the fishermen that captured the group and brought them to the ship in the first place. Problem is, he’s freaking out because of the Manchurian Gold and is hallucinating.
He claims that the “mist is creeping inside us,” or something to that effect and basically starts getting really, really panicky, all the while holding a gun. If you don’t calm Junior down, he’ll shoot Julia in the head before doing the same to himself.
As such, if you want your entire group to survive in Man of Medan, you’re going to need to calm down Junior. Here’s exactly how you’re going to do it:
During the chapter ‘Depths’ you’ll find the rebreather. Take it with you and complete all the QTE’s when Olson comes after you. If you fail, you can still take it with you if you pass another QTE.
After completing these steps, Junior will no longer have his pistol and will put the rebreather on so he can get some clean air, rather than the Manchurian Gold.
That’s everything you need to know on how to calm down Junior in Man of Medan and net yourself the ‘It’s All Gone Changing on Me’ trophy and achievement.
