There’s more to Godfall than looting enemies and unlocking new cosmetics. By defeating enemies and completing missions, you can also unlock a number of different skills to make combat more interesting. This will be a moot point if you don’t know how to unlock said skills though, which is why we’re here to walk you through how to get and use Skill Points in Godfall with a guide.
How to Get and Use Skill Points in Godfall
There’s really not much to explain when it comes to getting and using Skill Points in Godfall.
As you defeat enemies and complete missions, you’ll gain levels for whatever character you’re playing as. Alongside each one of these level-ups, you’ll gain one Point.
You can then use these Points to unlock skills through the character menu. To access this menu, press the Touchpad on PlayStation 5 or the View Button on the Xbox controller. Then, scroll over to the Skills tab. From here, you can view the different skills you’ve unlocked for your character as well as the skills you can unlock with your current points.
Move the cursor over to whichever ability you’d like to unlock. Once you’ve done this, all you need to do is hold down the Square Button on PS5 or the X Button if you’re using an Xbox controller to unlock said skill.
After that, the ability will be at your disposal in combat, and can be used to defeat enemies for experience to go toward more level ups.
That’s all there is to know about how to get and use Skill Points in Godfall. For more on the game, consider checking out some of our other guides. They have tips, tricks and info on a variety of topics like whether or not the game has multiplayer and how to parry attacks.
