Code Vein is very much an action-RPG experience, and so you can expect a strong emphasis on building your character with abilities, weapons, and equipment. There are obviously different ways to obtain these important attributes and items, but trading is something you’ll certainly be engaging in. Here’s how to get trade points in Code Vein so that you can keep your character’s progression moving forward.
How to Get More Trade Points in Code Vein
At Home Base, you can talk to each NPC and use the Exchange option to give and receive gifts. As you explore you’ll find valuables that can be given as gifts, and every time you give one, you’ll earn Trade Points.
Giving someone a gift they like will result in more trade points, so for example, Yakumo likes a bottle of brandy while Louis likes the Tomato Oden Sandwich. To trade just interact with the character at Home Base and Select Exchange.
What Trade Points do
Trade Points will allow you to get unique items like each character’s weapon, rare materials, or an item that boosts the amount of Ichor you can hold.
It’s important to note that each character has their own pool of points you will need to build up. They don’t cross over.
That should be everything you need to know about how to get more Trade Points in Code Vein. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to check out our guide wiki page, or search for Twinfinite.
